My O2 Business is Changing


      
O2 is making some exciting new changes to My O2 Business, their online billing account for existing clients. The have asked for all users to check their secret question and answer by 6th November to be ready for O2's new upgrade changes taking place in December.
    
What do I need to do?
Check your security question and ensure you have made a note of the answer – you’ll need to enter this when O2 re-launch in December when you log in for the first time. If you are confident that you know what your security answer is then there is no need to worry, and you don’t have to action anything. If you do need to change the answer, you need to do this before 6th November.
    
How do you check Secure Question and Answer:
  • Log into My O2 Business
  • Go to the My details tab and view your secret question
  • If you want to, update the question/answer
  • Take note of your secret question/answer and keep it safe
    
Why are customers better off this way?
Making these simple checks now will ensure that you will have a better, more seamless experience logging into My O2 Business when the changes and improvements are made in December.
